POSITION OVERVIEW
Production Manager is a critical leadership decision, as this role oversees production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency across the entire plant. The ideal candidate should have direct experience in photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing, along with strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, yield optimization, and equipment integration. They must also be capable of building and managing multidisciplinary teams, implementing robust quality systems, and ensuring compliance with U.S. regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. In addition, the Production Manager plays a key role in scaling production, reducing cost per watt, and supporting strategic objectives such as domestic content requirements and eligibility for federal incentives like the IRA. Strong leadership, technical depth, and operational discipline are essential to successfully launch and operate a competitive U.S.-based solar module facility.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the teams activity and perform the production related tasks in the operation safely and efficiently for production employees.

Schedule the production related tasks in the operation safely and efficiently for production employees.

Responsible for assurance of necessary materials for production employees to complete their tasks.

Based on the scheduled production need, will prepare the necessary raw materials to be available/purchased in due time.

Supervise the work with the purchasing as well as quality departments.

Ability to multi-task is required in order to efficiently optimize performance of the production line.

Other associated responsibilities may include testing, cleaning, module QC, and packing; or assisting in other areas as necessary and required.

Complete all required process documentation and logs.

Highlight any quality issues or deficiencies on the production line.

Work with maintenance group to achieve optimum uptime of equipment.

Verify the quality of the product.

Train employees in specific production operations.

Help to ensure adequate staff and training to minimize impact of down equipment on production schedule.

Supports and motivates all the teams and employees.

Works with all the Managers and supervisors to help identify and resolve employee issues which may include disciplinary matters.

Helps with identifying appropriate training needs of employees and communicating those needs to the Supervisors operators and technicians.

Follow all safety and safe operating procedures including the wearing and/or use of protective clothing, eyewear and other safety related gear.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Educational Requirements

4 years+ in Solar manufacturing environment with experience in machinery operations, and production management is required.

Prior experience in managing a Solar Module Factory is required.

Must be authorized to work in USA.

Work environment
This position requires the individual to be in good physical condition as well as to possess a certain amount of manual dexterity. The work may involve handling (i.e. standing, walking, bending over, and lifting) of a very thin (120 µm thickness wafers) as well as different other brittle and sensitive materials.

SALARY EXPECTATION
$130K-150K Annual (including benefits) + Bonus+ potential for equity based compensation based on experience

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions at our solar panel manufacturing facility. This role is critical to building a safe, compliant, and high-performance workforce while supporting our mission to advance clean energy manufacturing in the United States.
The HR Manager will serve as a Human Resource strategic and executive planner, while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Strategy & Leadership

Partner with plant and corporate leadership to align HR strategy with operational and business goals

Develop and implement workforce plans to support production growth and shift-based operations

Promote a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace culture
Recruitment & Workforce Development

Lead hourly and salaried recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and support roles

Manage onboarding, training coordination, and retention initiatives
-
Support apprenticeship, upskilling, and workforce development programs
Employee Relations
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations
-
Coach supervisors and managers on performance management and disciplinary actions

Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
Compliance & Labor Relations

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, OSHA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, etc.)

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements

Manage union interactions or labor relations activities if applicable
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support

Administer compensation programs, benefits enrollment, and leave management

Partner with payroll and corporate HR to ensure accurate and timely processing

Support annual merit reviews and workforce planning
Health, Safety & Wellness

Collaborate with EHS teams to reinforce workplace safety programs

Support return-to-work, workers’ compensation, and wellness initiatives

Occasional travel to suppliers, manufacturing facilities, or industry conferences as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Training &/or Experience
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
